Orthopaedic Fellowships

 

Criteria for Selection of Fellows

Fellows are selected for interview on the basis of preparedness, ability, aptitude, academic credentials, performance during residency training, communication skills and personal qualities such as motivation and integrity and specifically to include the following:
Educational Accomplishments
Recommendations from Residency Training Supervisors
Board Scores
Medical School Performance

Important intangibles which are fundamental to the selection process include:

Leadership
Work Ethic
Communication Skills
Enthusiasm
Fellows are selected for appointment to our program on the basis of personal interview and review of the above listed criteria.
